Placed order 3/28 totaling 103.93.
Cleared my Band on 3/31 and I have not yet received order or a refund.
Many emails back and forth and no resolution.
Heather Lyons (Company customer care) says a refund was issued but it clearly was not.
She refers to another order at there other company, Payless Smokes that was refunded.
Their only resolution is to ignore me!
