The company picked up my vehicle late and delivered it 3 days late

Where do I begin? With the late pick-up or the late delivery? This is no doubt the worst company I've used to ship a vehicle for one place to another. I am currently in the military and have shipped multiple vehicle to several different locations across America and overseas, and no doubt in my mind, this is the worst. They did not compensate for the lateness, hung up the phone up on both me and my wife, didn't adhere to discount given from corporate office (carrier had no knowledge of discount) because corporate office did not tell him. Threaten to put car in storage if didnt pay full amount even though they were three days late. So basically, they can breach contract and nothing happen! Absolutely the worst company ever!!
