Rip off, hidden rules, no refund

I got an email offering me a 7 days free download period. After the 7-days, they charged me $79
it wasn't clear at all that after the week they would charge me, i thought it is just a free week, and i put my credit card just for accountability.

I went to the website and asked to cancel the subscription to have a refund (even partial), i filled the short application, then clicked cancel, what happened is that they cancelled my account on the website instantly.

I called them, she told me i have nothing to do for you, the unhelpful employee called Abby

Never deal with them, very bad and disgusting service
