Mailed and invoice for an online listing our company never agreed to and have tried collection attempts

On June 29 we recieved a faxed invoice with a cover sheet for a Premium Business Listing from USBR Online with my contact information on it. Our company does not advertise online nor in our local yellow or white pages and have not for the 14 years I have been here.

We will not pay this invoice, this is the second time this specific company has attempted to scam money from our company for a service not provided. This is how it seems to start out - a fax, then the collection calls.

We have been hit by several other online listing scams and it seems like once they start they just never stop.
