Ordering troubles

I had been along the way of purchasing P90X and was having difficulty determining whether to obtain the luxurious package or even the normal bundle. After I eventually finished the deal, I acquired 3 Order Confirmations. 2 for that normal package and 1 to get a luxurious package.

I then quickly named to solve the problem. I had been informed the 2 normal deals were ended and that I might get the luxurious package. She stated I'd get a verification quantity within an email. Never received it.
