Bait and switch!

We'd a dreadful encounter with Ron the Handyman within the Rocheter, NY region. We got his title in the paper and named him around to get a quotation. The estimates were reasonable but once he began the job, he'd quit and state that he required more income to accomplish it. He began to grout our hardwood, then ceased and requested for more $. He got almost through adding your bathroom tap and required more income. While I declined until he supplied a much better clarification, he explained "good, I am performed" and went out. We were left having a half-mounted tap. He ripped a lure & change strategy and left us large and dried.
