False Advertising - Kohl's Credit Card

I received a flayer with my bill which offer $ 10.00 (sent in a email to your email add.) if you go green and sign up for paperless statement. So I did just that, and waited and waited and when nothing came, I called customer service who promised to send an email to a supervisor.
In a few days I received a $ 5.00 for submitting my email, then nothing, I did not even bothered to print or cash it since if they are going to nickel and dime me, let them keep their $10 and I will keep my money to spend somewhere else where people are honest and keep their word.
