I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes from them. They sent me the incorrect shoes and refused to give me instructions on how to send them back to receive the correct pairs. They went further into telling me that their boss was out of town and that it would be a few days until they could give me mailing instructions. When I told them that it was unacceptable that there wasn't a protocol already set in place, they used profanity and told me to F-off. Their site needs to be taken down before anyone else gets scammed, too.
