Reunitetonight.com is a real rip off. They send you emails saying they guarantee they have found the specific person you were looking for. Then they send some addresses that anyone can get on White Pages and refuse to refund money unless customer sends a letter to each address and it is returned as not deliverable. That is virtually impossible to do.

I included a birth date, but the people they found are no where near the age I was searching for.

They need to be reported to a watch dog group but I have no idea how to do that. They are definitely not on the up and up.

They tell you to call a phone number but all you get is the answering machine. You can't send them emails either. They ignore them.
