27 June - ordered 2 pashminas from the online store - paid with credit card. Card was charged same day.

10 June emailed as goods had not turned up yet emails bounced back. Resent to all email addresses on the website with read receipts and delivery receipts they all bounced back.

12 June called the phone number on website, disconnected.

14 June sent a letter to the Australian PO Box and the letter came back with not at this address.
