Terry Linton, of New Hope Reading Centre in Vincennes IN. Is refusing to provide my mom her money-back on faulty hearingaids she bought from him! She delivered the hearing aids to him, and it has not obtained one penny of the absurd amount of cash he charged for them! He was attempting to cost a $900 restocking charge, that was NOT within the unsigned agreement he was estimating his plan from;. Additionally, the agreement mentioned that return specifics were about the change, that was empty

For him to provide her what he accepted were faulty hearing aids, subsequently WOn't provide her back anything at-all when she delivered them is just a disgrace;.

The woman he's conning is nearly 80 yrs old, on the fixed-income, and today she's left without any hearingaids, with no cash to obtain any from elsewhere

This guy must do the best point, and provide Mary Davisson her cash!

He was claimed towards the BBB, and he lied for them and stated he named her directly after we delivered the faulty helps to his workplace to inform her he was providing her A COMPLETE refund! Therefore, Mr Linton, where's the cash??? It is as easy as reducing a check and delivering it to her! What's the holdup??? You've had her cash for 3 months, and also the hearing aids were delivered 2 months ago|.
