Receive some 'JUNK' after paying $500 for coins on ebay

This person is just a ACTUAL RIP-OFF. Has cut lots of people off when I have discovered out since my experience with him. I 'gained' BU coins on his ebay deals-vendor identification Mikescoins1-in August over a period of time of 10 times. Complete more than 25 coins and that I settled soon after winning deals via Paypal&nearly $500 whole. I've evidence of anything. Actually tests of the coins. To begin with, it required 3 months to obtain the very first of 4 deliveries. (The 4th hasn't been obtained for this day of September 10). All of the coins were Morgan Pounds and Strolling Libery Halves —offered as BU—wonderfully uncirculated!!! Said to be NEAR-PERFECT!!! The coins had numerous marks in it, some seemed as 'burn marks'. A few of the coins were 'stained'. These aren't BU!!! Next 2 deliveries, same account. I expected to come back. He responded the very first e-mail about the first cargo and believed to return. Next, he's never answered to some of my emails seeking return (as his plan mentioned). I eventually turned to making Negative Feedback. What else may I do? No reimbursement, obviously, on return shipment. Toss that $50 out the screen! Then this person had the nerve to express he never received the things, despite the fact that he closed for them!!! He's a dreadful liar and gamer. Clearly, Pay-Pal didn't think him AND LASTLY retrieved the 'marketing price' of products delivered. During this period, he's processing 'outstanding item hits' against me left and correct. Somehow he could document 2-4 on each product! Obviously, I acquired all of them eliminated when I had evidence of payment via Paypal and he'd left me good feedback for my 'completely quick cost'! It requires a lot of time for you to get that lots of 'outstanding item hits' from your consideration! And also the disappointment!!! The next cargo, I've never obtained but still have an available state against him with Pay-Pal for $135. With this one, he offered Paypal a 'bogus monitoring' quantity claiming it'd delivered.
