Kept my site hostage, billed me $8 to maneuver from their store subsequently charged me $95

I'd a webhost together to get a year - they did great on my website - that's not the issue. The thing is I moved my website 3/19 to a different sponsor. Siteground declined to move since I had been to near to termination (4/1) SO nowadays I'd to pay for $8 dollars to move it bt they billed me $95! Worse they stated they WOn't return my cash since it have been significantly more than four weeks since I have put up my bill. It was for the money used to do not approve them to cost me about the exact same evening! Its a fraud.
