Don't purchase todd language pans!!! Anything stays after just a couple uses. I adopted almost all their treatment directions for these "simple to use" pans. I experienced the skillet before my first use, hand-wash, no plastic scrubby, use gas everytime, no spray on gas, nor prepare over medium-high, however anything stays!!! And section of their sales hype was to utilize a temperature weapon to show you are able to prepare in a professional home also it works as much as 850 levels. Why cant I take advantage of my house range over medium-high? After I purchased 3 pans the directions stated, the pans might shed a number of their nonstick quality eventually.
