Resume collectors don't waste your time

Aerotek frequently posts job listing that are non existant. A few days ago I saw a posting on Monster that was posted the same day. Nice to see something hot off the press for a change. I called the recruiter who told me that the training class for that position started today. Nice. How the hell do they post listings, and then have the job training class start the same day? Before I could say WTF to my self, he quickly added that they may have a similar opening in a few weeks, to send a resume, and they would be contacting candidates for other positions. I informed him that i sent aerotek my resume 3 weeks prior.

Aerotek is either highly unorganized, or a resume collecting firm. I would not feel comfortable working for a firm this sleazy.
