Inadequate customer support. They never reply the telephone whenever you press for "purchases previously positioned". Technique would be to press "fresh purchases" and (OBVIOUSLY) they will consider your phone immediately.

Dropped my purchase and stated to place a study onto it but never agreed to deliver a brand new new pack.

They just react to emails should you deliver exactly the same one 28 occasions backtoback. Do not bother delivering 27 e-mails - it's to become 28 e-mails to obtain a reaction.

Whenever you press "Owner is online. Go here for live aid" there is really no owner because they never reply back.
