Rude cashier made me feel like a fool

Publix cashier gave me a not once but twice like I had been the town *. I attempted to describe what I had been doing. She did not bother to hear me so when I shifted to a different cashier, continued creating rude, needless remarks. Is the fact that Publixis objective, to create clients experience *? I named the supervisor but might tell he might have cared less. Main point here, they've no ways or signal of conduct. She did not possess a noticeable name label or I'd have supplied her title. The day is 5/20. The Publix is in Margate at Rock Area and Atlantic Blvd. - Florida
