Price Us Wholesale Order rain umbrellas for bridal shower 4-29-11 -was promised umbrellas would be shipped-called numerous times - not picked up as they had caller ID - still no umbrellas

I ordered rain umbrellas for my daughter's bridal shower on 4-29-11- was told by Tom that they would be shipped following wk to Fl.

Called following wk and was told 2-3 wks delivery - after not receiving umbrellas, I kept calling - never an answer -I was leaving for NY and wanted the umbrellas shipped to a NY address -

No answer - no matter when I called - I tried all depts. Just to speak to a human - no response -
I used my husband's cell phone and Tom answered the phone (they have caller ID at All Trading) Tom said they would be shipped the beginning of the wk. To a NY address and would send me a corrected invoice as the shipping chgs. Would be cheaper to NY -

I never reced the corrected invoice. I tried at least 15 times to contact Tom or anybody at ALL Trading and no answer. I called my credit card company and they will investigate but I still don't have the umbrellas. I would never recommend this co.
