Company that Says they NEVER EVER NEVER give Refunds!

I got a Email claiming if I clicked here I could buy a Kindle for $14.00. Once I clicked on the link About 2 seconds later I get a Screen that Said "THANK YOU" For your Order.
With the Name Bidrack on it and a Confirmation number.

NOTHING at all telling me what I bought, or what the price was.
I immediately tracked down the web-site and found a 800 number and called them.

There answer to me was basically Too bad so sad, We DO NOT give Refunds at ALL under NO circumstances!

I asked to speak to a Supervisor, To which I was told that "they are all in Meetings but if you leave your number one will call you back"

So I left my number and of course I never got a call back, BUT when I again called them they claimed that Yes Not only was I called but a Detailed message was left!!!
I would love to know where.
