Bust business selling bras, keeping taxes, and refusing to go away new york

My first complaint is that, even when I returned some of the items I ordered, they said it is their "company policy" to keep all taxes collected on the full amount of the original order/purchase. I've never encountered this "policy" anywhere else and I'm not sure it's legal.

My second complaint is that, even though I've called repeatedly to ask that my name be removed from their mailing lists, they are still sending cataloges and post cards covered with photos of women in bras. I find this an offensive reminder of very bad service. I have told them this, and yet the mailings continue.
