Was to pool in, didn't give payment, but got pushed for payment this morning

Work not done yet! No payment made, Good. Paper work and info is hard to get from Bryan. Contract took one month to come by email. He knew it was insurance claim. The estimate had word INVOICE is on it and no number?
Only cell phone contact and not answered with business name and only by him. Only sales call left no paper work or a business card. Promised estimate that 4-18 and I emailed many times and recieved 5-15.
STRANGE. Last night at dinner, got a call from worker/owner Bryan. To make payment through paypal link he would send me right away. (he doesn't nake contact a great deal)
Called dinnertime last night to make payment thru his link from paypal. This morning at 10:00 am, he asked why I hadn't sent it? On a Saturday morning and he wanted it on a DEBIT CARD only. See if my would allow a larger transactions thru DEBIT CARD.
He had people calling like crazy for pools, because that was my real concern.
Morton posted at 8 am 6-4, this all happened 6/3 and 6/4 to me.
