River Region Vet
The poorest compassion for sick or hurt animals I have ever experienced

These Vets are the rudest most arrogant group of people I have ever encountered. I am a lifelong Pet Owner. I have had several emergency cases of late and been referred to these people by friends because I don't have a regular vet. Every time I've called it's been after normal business hours and I reached the Answering Service. The service took down my information and the problem with my pet each time but the Vet (I guess the one who is on call after 5:00) refused to take my call because I am not a regular customer. Because of their unwillingness to take my calls, two of my dogs have died.

Since then I've found a local Vet who accepts patients no matter who they are (and has heard several of the same compalints from River Region) and I have been very satisfied and guess what... No dead animals. I live in the country and my animals get into all kinds of scraps and people like me need someone they can rely on. Do not use this vet... They do not care especially on weekends, evenings and Holidays. I overheard one of the Doctors say she didn't care about the pets or their customers. It just makes me sick. I am a Woman, but these women are just arrogant, egostical and uncaring... Go somewhere else if you want your pet to live through an emergency.

Shame on you River Region Vet... You should be in another line of work... Each and every one of you.
