If those of you who thought you have problems now with CD2U not sending your orders because of the ATF siezures late last year, then you are lucky. Wait till the Feds send YOUR state taxing authorities a complete record of your past purchases from CD2U. Oh yeah... It's gonna make your missing order look like chicken sh*t...
I got my "proposed audit adjustment notice for cigarette compliance" from the nice people at the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services for cigarettes I purchased from CD2U from January up to October dated this last May 10th. They go really "deep" on you with penalties, interest, use tax, penalties on use tax ad nauseum! Just the bill... Sorry no KY included...
Guess how much???...$8413.23!!
So, don't feel too bad about your missing cigarettes. Wait till the "big one" comes in the mail.
Any great legal minds out there with some ideas how to get a bill like mine reduced... Talking points, anything? Any help is appreciated.
