Threw me under the bus

The dictionary defines the word cozen as: " Misleading by means of fraud, to obtain by deception, to trick or deceive ". This shyster lawyer is aptly named, for that is exactly what he did to me. He took alot of money from me and proceeded to do nothing but ruin my life. He is obviously inept or unethical, neirther of which is acceptable. I believe he made a quid pro quo deal with the D.A.'s office to throw me under the bus for a future favor. He did nothing he said he was going to do in my defense, leaving me in county jail without a word for months.

His trial performance was ludicrous, he cared more about his rediculous gold pen than he did about the truth. His closing arguement was a joke in a case that was bristling with reasonable doubts and he did not once even mention the words " reasonable doubt" because he was too busy kissing the judges a*! If this is what Berkely turns out by way of lawyers, I say do not ever hire a Berkely educated lawyer! Definately do not hire this piece of human excrement to defend you for he is not even qualified to clean your toilet. Do not get " cozened " like I did! I can't stress this enough, do not hire philip cozens to defend you under any circumstances! If you do you'll be sorry.
