NSETC is a piece of crap because their online service claim to be easier and cheaper; cheaper? Yes easier? NO! Their online service need much more work to be done and is incomplete so there are parts where the video may not play or the video isn't working correctly, not to mention the boring machine generate monotone voice. All parts of the online course need to be completed in order to pass the course, but the online service is so sh*tty that some parts can never be completed. When I got to this point, I call them, left multiple voice message, and email them a bunch of times and still no response.

In the end I demanded a refund and I haven't gotten it and may never get it back because in order to get my money back, they would actually have to pick up the phone or open their email so there could be a line of communication; apparently opening email and picking a phone is too much work for them. Pretty sure they haven't even check their voice mail or email so they haven't got any of my dozens of messages. It's been a long time and still have heard anything from these NSETC clowns.

Their customer service through phone and email is crap. From the looks of things their online service is just as bad as their in person service; there is another report done by another victim of NSETC and that person said that the firearm instructor arrived late and drunk TO A FIREARM CLASS!!! I wonder what could go wrong there??? My advice to you all is to pay a little more and do it in person with another company that has a good history of service. Also make sure your friends are well aware of NSETC so they won't become a victim like. I chose to cut my loses in this matter.
