After employed by SpeakWrite LLC for some months, I easily recognized the organization was run with a * nepotistic family bent on doing things their way or no method, whether it had been suitable or not, authorized or not. The family got away with homicide while every other worker needed to tiptoe around "the household" for anxiety about being dismissed. I got dismissed following a couple of months for "being on Facebook while at work", that was section of my advertising job anyhow! Used to donot get a simple caution, just one write up, nothing to I would like to realize that something I had been doing was undesirable. On Friday, April 8, I had been "release" within the morning (remarkably) exactly the same week I helped start their new support (surprise, surprise). Yes, I had been buying new work, but never did I actually do it "while on Facebook" or "on organization time". Not just was it probably the most poisonous atmosphere to actually work-in, but I am amazed they'venot been prosecuted however for-anything! Poor work practices (possibly illegitimate also), poor shooting methods, poor people!!! Do not conduct business or use SpeakWrite LLC in Austin Texas... Poor!
