$200 Zappos not received

Advantages was providing what appeared as if my purchase, however they stated no not for my truck quantity. I noticed them provide to my friendis truck, back-door (where I'dnot view it?) now I've no Zappos, and am out $200 with no one understands where my purchase is. I can not get any aid from advantages w/d they claim they sent to patio. They simply did not state which!!
