Bad quality

I requested 90 instances of Continental Standing Local silver hardwood 18X18. The tiles are horrible quality. I'm a paraplegic and delayed surgery to obtain the hardwood from the simple work. Although we were adding there have been stick places from wherever the instances were stuck together. There have been additional places which appeared similar. Whenever we began to clear hardwood after installation nearly all the places wouldn't come down. They're really drains from glazing sprayers. These sprayers were blocked creating an extremely unequal application of glaze. Some hardwood observed to possess none after grouting and cleansing. This issue didn't seem until following the cleansing. I had been informed the hardwood were within regular versions and also the tiles with places could be changed but just these tiles with no work expense. This isn't appropriate in my experience. A number of this hardwood is mounted over thermosoft warmth that could be broken as well as the price of fresh mortar and grout.
