JT Card Services LLC - Household Protection
Ripoff

I signed up for this card needlest to say was never told about needing to put money on the card in order to use it. I cancelled it on September 30 and was told i would have to wait 60 days for the refund. Well 60 days was Friday and I havent received it yet. I called and called they told me with in 72 hours I would receive it and that past and I still haven't received it.

Well today on Tuesday December 4 i was hung-up on 4 times said i would be receiving within 48 hours. Spoke to a manager and she was to return my calles and no calls.

I called the attorney general office in Jacksonville Fl. And they are helpin me with this situation. But that is not the end of it, I found out this other company Household Protection is envolved so I lost a total of $293.00. When I cancelled the card they din not cancelled this Household Protection.

This company is a scam. They are rude to people and they are making the employees lie thru there teeth. I think this is awful and I will be going future with this.

PS I hope this is published all over in the newspaper and television on the radio and they get what they deserve.
