I was charged $850.00 for my 2010 tax preparation, I recieved a bill in the mail with a letter from the accountant to come by his office and sign my taxes since he sent them electronically without me viewing them first, he stated I was expected to pay my bill in full to be able to recieve a copy of what was sent to the IRS and state tax board. I wrote him a check in his office he was in a hurry to leave for the day. When I got home I reviewed the taxes and had questions and what I believe were possible errors including his fee he had put down from the prior year was off by $320.00. What he wrote and told me I would be recieving back was wrong by over 1,000.00 from what I actually recieved from the state.

I tried calling him no answer I left messages on his answering machine stating I had questions. I went by his office the door was locked I left a letter in his mail slott. I stopped payment on the check for 850.00 because after ten days I could not reach him.in my letter I wrote I told him that I was not trying to avoid paying I just wanted customer service by having my questions answered. Another week went by I recieved a envelope with no return address. When I opened it my stop payment ck had barely legible writting on the corner saying now I owe him 50.00 more $900.00 this was on 5/07.

On 5/11 I went to his office and found him there! I told him that I've been trying to reach him did he get my note and phone calls he said I was going to send you to collections because a stop check is the same as a bounced check. Then he said I wrote you an answer to you qustions on the corner of the stop check which looked like scribble. I told him that it was unlegible and un professional he said to me "can't you read are you stupid" then he said hurry up and ask your non important questions and get out of my office!

I have never experienced such rude unprofessional behavior. I never did get my questions fully answered. I experienced fear and was intimidated and I felt bullied into paying 900.00 to this dishonest rude bully SOB. I cried after leaving. A horrible experience!
