Wrong choice for concrete swimming pool builder! No proper follow-up to issues "under warranty" once pool is completed

After 4 months our pool was finally completed to use (6-8 weeks is the given timeframe by company). We were very patient with Blue Haven during this process. We had a couple of issues during the process which we were told would be taken care of under "warranty" later. However, no proper follow-up was done and excuses continue.

We are so disappointed now in our choice of pool builders. There are several in Charlotte and we feel that Blue Haven gets you on the front-end with lots of promises, but then fails miserably in providing good customer service once all the money is paid. This was not what we expected and would not recommend this company to another family.

Beware of their salesmanship to hook you in — management, scheduling & customer service needs lots of improvement to qualify this franchise as a Quality Pool Builder in all respects.
