Poor quality - custom made gown

Our child's gown included a broken freezer and uneven seams! I'm so grateful we found the freezer issue before prom-night which I've an mother that may repair all the issues. Normally, we'd have experienced to pay for anyone to repair it. It was a fresh gown. It will came prepared to use without any issues! I'll NEVER purchase out of this organization again!
