Express relocation deceive, lie, tried to steal my stuff and my money

This company deceived me by quoting and garanteeing my moving price. Even tho I gave a very accurate list and deminsions I was still charged almost $1000 more than my quote. Then on delivery they tried to steal my belongings and they had all of my money. I almost had to call the police! Now I can get anyone to process my claims. When I call the man I originally spoke with won't talk to me.
