Abusive, illegal, improper, shameful

This character or characters (there may be more than one) who goes by the name Brian, is misleading, abusive and obnoxious. All terms that I believe he would be proud of!
He clearly states and further implies, though not in writing, that he is an attorney and a member of a law firm -a lie! No wonder when I threatened to go to the bar association on him he did not mind - you cannot lose whatyou do not have!
The claim he is pursuing is specious but fraudulent - he does not care! When I advised him not to speak to my client as she was represented by counsel, he laughed, huffed and then threatened to continue to speak to whomever he wanted. He kept this part of his word to where he started abusively calling my home and threatening to do so every day till the claim was paid.
He has a NY number and address but I am confident it is only a "drop box" or some such. You cant sue him as they are probably worth nothing, but if someone wanted to undertake that task I would contribute towards the costs.
The next time he calls I am going to ask him to hold on, "my dog wants to talk with you" and just put the phone down, let him wait and waste his time like he does towards everyone he calls.
You can be sure that I would never do business with the company that employees him as they must be just as bad.
Amazing how you can get away with harassing people. I may keep a loud whistle in my office and when he calls I will blow as loud as I can onthe whistle - will he get the message?
