Daniel Kipien hired for dog training, did not show up regularly, then refused to give any refund and declared the contract fullfilled

Pawsitive Results was hired to train my 2 puppies for $1600.00 until they were fully trained. It was agreed he would come 2 days a week when I was at work and 1 day training with me.
He showed up for 10min per day for the first 2 weeks and then regularly did not show or call or email to inform me of his absences.
When questioned he gave excuses about being sick and told me he would start showing up. When this did not happen I asked for a refund. He offered to either continue with the remaining schedule or give me a credit of $450.00 I could use for another dog.

When I told him this would not work and I wanted a refund, him deemed the contract fulfilled because I had not been available for him (not true) and I had not been doing my homework (not true, I even have a number of emails from him telling me what a great job I was doing).

Compete ripoff, that this company can take $1600.00 and not show up to do the job. He is also a weird guy that doesn't look you in the eye.
