A book could be written on how bad these people from India are, including the fact that when you ask them where they are they say Delaware. They read to you off a script and are always sorry for the inconvenience they have caused you. They are not design pros. They ask for your money up front and then deliver a bad product, followed by bad service.
Today is May 4 and I have been waiting for a business card design, that is correct, since 3/21 when I paid them. They can not even get the phone number or spacing correct on the card. The card has color on it and they don't know enough to include bleeds on the design sample. When they try to correct one mistake thet create another.
Their toll free line for service is a hit or miss adventure with voice over IP causing bad and loss connections to India. Once you become so frustrated that you ask for a manager; you then get Chris O'Connell, another name that they must feel will console you. Chris starts by apologizing, with a hint of laughter or snickering, and talks through your explanation of the ongoing problem with a scripted sorry, we will fix that for you by tomorrow or within 48 hours. (perhaps three or four days to add a space, add a dash, and put the color bleeds on the design that are required by any printer.) When he says he has sent the corrected proof, it has never been correct.
They did not provide the product on time. It is not correct and they have received numerous written notices concerning the correct address, phone number, etc. They always agree that there are problems but they do not fix them. I do not receive phone calls when they tell me I will. I have asked for a partial refund based on their terrible service and incorrect and poor layout of the printed information.
I should have used a local design firm I could meet with. No one should go through this. Do not use these people.
