Scam do not trust nor pay them for SEO Serives

I settled them 500 USD with PayPal to back-link my site and also the PayPal (Special Transaction ID # 11H22194AU757961C)

I understand that google revise his PR in 4 weeks and each time after I delivered them a contact with issue just how much longer to hold back for that outcome, I had been informed that Google hasn't yet updated his PG.

Despite my other sites were updated that we back-linked my home.

DoN't send any funds towards the organization, they're simply scammers. I'm sure I'm not alone they've cheated, therefore please discuss your expertise aswell?
