This company, posing as "POG-Saving Pays Membership", continues to take $14.00 from my bank account every month, without any aurhorization. I have tried calling their phone # and I receove a recourding that says "for faster service, contact us on the web at www.yourcustomerservice.com". When". When I attempt to find the site on the web, I get everything but what I'm looking for. I have tried calling a second time, and if you wait long enough someone will eventually answer the phone, they will take your name and phone #, and someone will call you back, on about 3 days.
This company needs to be honest and stop stealing people's money. They need to make it easier for consumers, who have a dispute to solve their problem.
