Paid for 8 one hour sessions $125.00; first four sessions lasted about 30-35 minutes; on fifth visit I asked when I could get the rest of that time; I was told I could join an in-progress group class which is considerably cheaper.

During the course of the classes I was told I had the most stubborn dog she had ever attemtped to train, I was told I did not have the right personality to have a dog and finally she said we had an un-natural bond because I live alone and he is my companion animal.

I sent a registered letter asking for a refund of $78.00 which she would not sign for. I just gave up at that point. She then started calling non-stop finally resorting to using a strange cell phone number to get me to answer.

She ultimately said she would refund me $40 and it was my problem now that the dog was not trained. It has been an exhausting journey.

By the way, I am 41 years old and have had dogs almost my entire adult life. I have veterinarians that would be happy to attest to my fitness and ability to own a dog.
