We bought a cookware collection on 2-7-11 from JcPenney under the name Phillip Rich cookware. There is to be always a $20.00 refund tht we've not received. Whenever we examined online about fourteen days before it stated it had been being prepared. I also known as without any reply. I currently notice you will find more individuals worrying about that. I understand it's just $20.00 but search just how many folks havent received theres which is false advertising. Is there anything we are able to do about that like a team?
