Bill Temme My son worked for Bill Temme in Bemidgi, was never paid for his work, and then Bill Temme sent him a fraudulant W-2 form on 3/28 showing income that my son never received

Bill Temme hired my son to work a project up in Duluth, Minnesota in July for approximately two-three weeks.
It is April 22, and he has never paid him for his work. On March 28, my son received a fraudulent W-2 form from Northern Lakes Building Services, LLC, showing wages/income that he never received from Bill Temme... DBA Northern Lakes Building Services, LLC. Not only was the W=2 sent out very late according to IRS regulations, but also the income showed money my son never received from him.
My son's 2010 tax returns had already long since been filed. This guy is a huge fraud and practices unlawful business and labor laws.
