I returned a hoodie purchased on black friday ticket #601627431 because of a defect in the material (a Hole) I returned the hoodie to store 30617 Concord, DE-HCo located in the Concord Mall, 4737 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803; telephone number (302) 479-3925. I picked out a new hoodie ticket #601625276 which is the exact same price as the afore mentioned hoodie. Cashier #01531965 refused to accept hoodie #2 as an even exchange because it was not the same exact hoodie (these are her words) I was not given the black friday 30% discount and was required to pay full price. Why? I was within the limitations of the exchange/refund policy and the hoodie was returned because it was defective. Don't I deserve a little leeway for my inconvenience and aggravation? Why was my equal exchange with receipt based on type of product and not price and when and how is Hollister going to fix this.
