Bertek Systems, Miami Systems fraudulent shipping charges

We canceled our UPS account number several months ago due to fraudulent charges suddenly appearing from two different companies including Print South Corporation. I noticed on our [closed] UPS account that we were being billed for shipments coming out of one part of Ohio and heading towards another. On our UPS invoice, the address was listed as follows:

PRINT
10001 Alliance
Cincinnati, OH 45242

I called UPS and told them that the account had been canceled for months, and I was assured it wouldn't happen again. I also called the company and attempted to speak to someone about shipping charges, but the phone just rang and rang.

Lo and behold, two weeks later, another shipping charge popped up for the same company. Our company was listed as the shipper, and "PRINT" was listed as the receiver. When I checked our UPS history (again) there was no record of this shipment (or our old number used.)

I called UPS again who told me it "wouldn't happen again" (where have I heard that before.)

I tried calling the company again, and the phone continuously rang. I don't know what type of scam they have going on here, but they are fraudulently using our company's [closed] UPS account number.
