NO service support for PRO RECORDER still under warranty

I've the TASCAM DR100 I bought at T&H NY. It's still under warranty.

It's been consistently unpredictable. The lithium battery operates out extremely fast and also the change towards the AA batteries isn't usually obvious and that I find myself out-of liquid at important times. I acquired an ERR SIGNAL concept for no specific cause that prevents the machine and that I need to take away the batteries to restart it. Really frustrating and I dropped several customers due to that. Last, the machine stops up for no particular cause and occasionally kills the last document which was documented. I've browse the guide and created every attempt to create the equipment right.

I'm an expert and calliong TASC AM assistance they guaranteed they'd deliver me an upgraded lithium battery because they believed which was the issue. After a few months nothing. I contact them-and e-maiol them five times plus they state the bttery is in back-order. Today they ultimately delivered me one, and it is the incorrect one.

I talked to some supervisor there to no avail. Fundamentally, at TASCAM, in case your item becomes defective, also it still under guarantee, you're attached.

To increase that their customer support is awful. I thought like I had been in portugal where i experienced this type of poor support.

Thewre are lots of manufacturers available that provide comparable items. Our advice: PREVENT TASCAM & TEAC
