Synergy Approval Company in regards to a year previously got over my vehicle funds. I purchased the automobile from Smart Transfer Car Revenue which shut their gates. The benefit on my automobile was $645.44 about the 25th of July, 10, per my telephone discussion about the phone that evening with this specific Bob Robertson. From Synergy Acceptance Corporation. I expected Ricky Robertson if feasible I really could create 2 funds to him within that month of $322.72 whilst the vehicle was nearly pd down. And so I lent the cash and placed on my bank card and named Synergy Approval Company and informed them-it was on the website plus they required the cost instantly. During those times I spoke to some Shaun Marsh he advised me the cost experienced it had been pd entirely my vehicle and that I could be getting the name within thirty days.in regards to a week later I acquired a statement from their store for $27.73 & that statement was dated 4/24. I thought it had been a late charge & I shipped them a money purchase for that amt. Per month passes I get another statement dated 5/24 declaring that I owe them $199.27. Okay Today I get the telephone on 8/6 on a Friday, & spoke with Shaun Marsh. He recommended me that my name was along the way to be delivered but to contact him on Friday & he'd I would like to know exactually your day they'll be delivering it out. I call-back on Friday this Shaun responded & he explained you have to talk to Ricky Robertson. Therefore Mr. Robertson got about the telephone & within that telephone discussion I owed him 3 different quantities. Aren't telephone calls watched and documented??? I keep obtaining the run-around out of this organization & my vehicle hasbeen pd entirely!!! WHAT DO I ACTUALLY DO??? Please I want some solutions!!! I try-on line searching Synergy Approval Company up for customer support department or payment & you CAn't connect with anybody but this Bob Robertson.
