This company will try to attract customers with low prices because their reputation is so bad. They will make false claims of delivery date to get your business. Nothing stated by them can be believed. Find a moving company with an "A" rating. You don't want to lose any of your property. I had three boxes missing and others damaged. I had a small piece of furniture damaged.

If you've had a bad experience with this company, you have the right NOT to go to arbitration which they push. Arbitration is optional. Depending on the property damage, you can sue them in local court. You would actually sue their process agent in your state. FMCSA can give you this information.
