Scammed me out of $8,866.00! Half my life savings!

Oltbrukod@yahoo.com cheated me out-of $8866.00 by promoting me an automobile (Bmwx5) which wasnot actually his to market, on ebay. Cyber crime do all of them escape withit? Is anybody actually captured? I 'd like restitution, but I suppose that is clearly a fantasy, cannot locate one to assist me... I understand this can be a large set up tearing off many individuals constantly. If perhaps ebay might dive in further, I believe these folks might be captured. Nobody is ideal plus they are destined to slide up someday.
