DRI Surplus Supplier Took out money without my authorization

I found out about these 2 companys thru the ad in the penny Saver, Guarantee work as a movie extra, never did anyone mention to me in 3 different times on the phone that there was an extra monthly cost, I had put some money on my Wal mart card and then when I went to use it it was gone. I called up the card and asked what had happened to my money, they had ever excuse for why it was gone, even said it was my fault. Anyway after much of anger on my part they put the money back on my card, telling me how sorry they, They took out $49.95 TWICE, I was so mad I called the company I have the card with and reported Fraud on my card and they are giving me another card free of charge, so next month when they try to take money there wont be ANY

How do these people get away with this kind of stuff?
