My checking account information was given to this company when I applied for payday loan offers (that I didn't accept). I NEVER accept offers when making purchases... Never. So I was shocked when my checking account was debited. I called them and it took MANY calls to get a live representative. I actually had to seek technical assistance to get a live person. The rep argued with me stating that I had accepted their offer which I know I did not intentionally do so. Also, I never got my account information with my account number or any other type of documentation that is required to use their services or I may have found out sooner.
