After paying them for DNS service, they ignore you

Prevent zoneedit.com. After spending them for DNS support, they dismiss you. They do not react to help concerns from mail or from their assistance website type. I've DNS support for 3 of my areas, and not one of them function any more (for all weeks). No notice of downtime. No responses to aid issues. They simply consider your cash and work. Utilize additional services please.
